TIP: The most helpful thing you can do is to provide us with enough details so that we can easily reproduce the problem on our test devices. By being able to have the problem occur on-demand, it will allow us to not only fix the problem, but fix it quickly.

Please provide the following details:

  • The version of the Monitor Dot app you are running
  • A detailed description of the problem
  • The exact steps to do to make the problem happen
  • If an error message is displayed, include the *exact* wording of the error message
  • Describe the type of device you have (firestick, android tv, etc.), and if possible, the version of the operating system (see device system info).
  • Screenshots that show the problem would be very helpful
